Online Returns & Exchanges
Online purchases made through trendythreads.shop are valid for a free exchange or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Please check your order shipment email for this date.
Please follow the instructions below to get the return process started:

Click “Return Center” under the Customer Service section on the trendythreads.shop website.
To start your return, please enter the order number provided in your confirmation email and the email address you used during your purchase. -
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

Receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and a return shipping label.

Use the return shipping label provided.
When sending a return, we recommend using the Smart Label sent to your email. Simply attach the label to the outside of your return package and drop your package at any USPS Office that is convenient for you. No extra postage is required.
You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your eligible trendythreads.shop purchase without incurring our flat return label fee. If returned items are received after 30 days from shipping and if the Smart Label is used, a flat fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Returns of $350 or more in aggregate for a single order will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to process.

Any returned items that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage, and/or missing tags will be refused. All sale and clearance items are deemed FINAL SALE. All face masks are deemed FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns may take 3-4 business days to process. Once the return has been processed, please note refunds may take 10-14 business days to reflect back into your account.
All eligible returns must be accompanied by a return request submission and with any original tag(s) attached. All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card. Any original shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Trendy Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. For lost or missing packages, we will provide you with the information of the carrier and the tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package.BOGO Returns Disclaimer
To be eligible for a BOGO Sale Refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Both the purchased item and the BOGO item must be returned.
- All items must have the original tags and packaging and must not show signs of wear.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased online or in stores between Nov 15th and Dec 24th may be returned by Jan 15th or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later. For online orders returned by mail, items must be received at our facility by Jan 15th or 45 days after purchase, whichever is later.
